Our Mission
Beneficiary Advisory Service is an independent non-profit organisation that provides advice and advocacy to low-income earners and beneficiaries in Canterbury. Our team of advocates are dedicated to helping individuals navigate issues related to the Ministry of Social Development (MSD). The free Beneficiary Advisory clinic will run on the first Monday of every month between 1pm and 3pm. This will be held at the Citizens Advice Bureau North Canterbury office at 209 High Street, Rangiora.
The clinic will provide advice and advocacy services for beneficiaries and low-income individuals in North Canterbury.
The services provided will be:
- Advice on benefit entitlements and applications
- Advocacy support with MSD
- Referrals to additional support services.
