• Accessing the driving service to treatment (conditions apply).

• Liaison and advocacy with CDHB, primary health, social work and community services.
• Home visits, phone or zoom catch-ups.
• Digital and printed resources available.
• Drop in clinics and rural clinics throughout North Canterbury.

Drop-in Clinics:

• Amberley Medical Centre: Every second Friday, 9.30am–11.30am 6 Hilton Drive, Amberley – contact for dates.
• Rangiora: Every Monday and Friday: 12pm-3pm, North Canterbury Netball Centre, 43 Church St, Rangiora.
• Cheviot Support Group: Held second Wednesday of the month, 10am–11.30am, 15 Seddon Street, Cheviot. Hosted by the Cheviot Cancer Volunteer Support Group. All those on a cancer journey are welcome.
• Oxford Support Group: Held third Wednesday of the month, 10am, Cafe 51, Main Street, Oxford. Facilitated by the Oxford Cancer Volunteer Support Group. Catch up with volunteers, patients, and carers. All welcome.
• Hanmer Springs Health Centre:  Every second month. Bookings essential, contact the Health Centre directly on 03 315 7503.
• Hurunui – Amuri Community Health Centre, Rotherham & Waikari Health Centre, to enquire about bookings please contact the health centre directly on 03 315 6328.
