The Property
There is always a doctor or rural nurse specialist on call – please phone the Health Centre during normal business hours and after hours and you will be directed to the appropriate assistance.
The After Hours calls are managed by HML (Homecare Medical Ltd) who will assess your needs and advise your best course of action.
The Health Centre hosts exercise classes on Tuesdays and Fridays: 9am – 10am at the Hawarden Hall.
- Anybody is welcome to attend.
- The cost is a gold coin donation.
- The exercises are targeted at mobility, balance and strengthening.
- All exercises can be modified for all capabilities.
- There is a strong social aspect to the class.
